Dean Saunders, owner of Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate is a Licensed Real Estate Broker, Realtor®, Accredited Land Consultant, and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). He earned a BSA from the University of Florida in Fruit Crops, Food and Resource Economics. As a former Florida legislator, he helped pass critical conservation and property rights legislation serving as Agricultural Liaison, Special Assistant, and Director of External Affairs to US Senator/Governor Lawton Chiles. He is former chair of the Florida Real Estate Commission, past president of the Florida Chapter of Realtors® Land Institute, and an exclusive “Notable” selected by the National Association of Realtors®. Quoted in respected journals, Saunders also authored a consumer publication on Conservation Easements. He annually produces a real estate conference and continues to earn top business and industry awards. Saunders resides in Lakeland with wife, Gina, and their four children.
